CORPORATE PILATES

Add Pilates into your company wellness programme and improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Whether you are looking for general Pilates classes for everyone, or Pilates & Stretch classes to incorporate more relaxation, personal class plans will be designed suited to your office needs.

PRE/POST NATAL

Pilates is one of the best low-impact forms of exercise you can do through your pregnancy and afterwards. These sessions focus on supporting the body through the various changes you can experience pre/post birth and will also help you to deepen your mind-muscle connections. Please note down in your enquiry form how many weeks pregnant / post-natal you are and any other details you deem necessary to share (proof of doctor approval to begin exercise essential for post-natal clients).
